This was our first Thanksgiving without extended family. And it was surprisingly wonderful. I prepared all of our favorites, without feeling obligated to make anything "just because it's Thanksgiving." We stayed in our pajamas most of the day (ok, everyone but me stayed in their pajamas ALL day!). We ate when we wanted. We watched holiday movies. We took naps. It was quiet. It was just what we needed....
because Christmas is going to be CRAZY!!
