Every day it is more obvious to me that children come to this earth with their own personalities. Even though my two daughters look a lot alike, they are very different in temperament.


Sienna is pretty easy-going. She is a generally happy baby who likes to roll her ankles and randomly squeal in delight. She is normally only fussy when it is time to eat or sleep.


Keira, on the other hand, is a little more tender. She is very sensitive and quick to change her mood. She likes things quiet, organized, and predictable...or pay the price!

But each of them melts my heart in a different way. Each of them completes a different piece of me. And they are both perfect just the way they are.
